- 6:00 – 8:00 AM Check-inDoors open at the Valdes Center — grab a badge and get settled.
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM Opening ceremonyWelcome, ground rules, and team formation for anyone flying solo.
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM HackingNine hours to build anything: apps, games, hardware, websites. Workshops, events, and lunch throughout — full lineup to be revealed.
- 6:00 PM Submissions dueAll projects in. Deep breath — you built a thing.
- 6:00 – 8:00 PM JudgingTime to show off what you built — exact format to be revealed.
- 8:00 – 9:00 PM Prizes & final remarksWinners revealed, awards handed out, day wrapped up.
- 9:00 PM Everyone outFly home proud. See you next year.
